I cried on my way to work this morning about it and again reading this page. I’m taking this one hard. Harry Potter and Sense and Sensibility are some of the main things that I love to watch over and over again, that I watch as guilty pleasure, and I watch when I’m sad.

I’ll be honest, I felt much worse after reading the obituaries and tributes. I’d always liked and admired his work (my mam has always been a HUGE fan) but he was such a discrete, private individual. Learning that he was such a nice and decent human being in addition to being incredibly talented makes it feel like a

Basically, I agree with you and this week sucketh big time.

I was thinking about this this morning as well. I’ve been surprised by how hard his death has hit me, especially because I’m not usually that affected by celebrity deaths. But Alan Rickman seemed like such a lovely person and he played such varied characters so well and with humor. My favorite roles of his are from

I agree. Many of the roles wouldn’t be what they were if anyone else but him had played them. I don’t think that is true for many actors. He was not only talented but he was also unique.

I am not even a shoe snob and I agree with you 100%.

Along the same lines of Cocopop’s suggestions, I was going to recommend vintage magazine covers. Ebay has ‘em all!

I want to get these two fabulous men an amazing and unique gift that they will cherish. Any ideas?

There’s a ton of Marilyn Monroe products out there, like coaster and plates and what not. They might like those. Or troll the DVD section at Best Buy or Target or some used store. They discount a lot of movies and you could get them a ton of old movies for a good prices.

You can sometimes find great vintage prints and photos on ebay.

A first edition of Breakfast at Tiffany’s?

What kind of workout do you do at home ?

Thank you!

*BRAG ALERT*

So I am a CPA and I am about to embark on busy season, so 3.5 months of hell and 60-70 hour work weeks. How do you Jezzies who have similar work schedules find time to work out, sleep and socialize ? Do you get to do all three ?

Id probably seek my soul for that ( or just bake my really, really good brownies)

How much to be able to join them for the in person version?
