...and you’re probably the reason Freeform cancelled their Cloak & Dagger TV series, too.
I just watched the Henry Thomas move Cloak & Dagger last night, and now this.
The car sits there doing nothing, while a wide open space is clear in front of it, then waits for a massive truck to be bearing down on it before it slowly creeps into its path. That guy would have been killed. The car was freakin blind to the danger.
No, what is “terrifying” is so many Tesla sycophants acting as if their pathetic Level 2 robocar code and sensors will guide their car with the aplomb of a nonexistent Level 5 robocar. IE: putting that much faith into a robocar system which is woefully inadequate.
to all the people sucking Elon’s dick in the comments: Jalopnik reports on Tesla’s FSD failures because TESLA MARKETS THEIR VEHICLES AS SELF DRIVING. If Tesla didnt advertise their vehicles as self driving, this wouldn't be a problem.
I would agree with you if the system actually stopped the car and didn’t show the wrong designations for oncoming traffic, but that car was gonna go into the lane and getting t boned without intervention.
Am I the only one bothered by the fact that the car is angled into traffic and the wheel is turned waiting for the opportunity to make the left turn?
Did you watch the video at all? she linked it at the time stamp to show all the turns. The sketchy one was the last aborted left turn. The system didn’t detect a truck AND a truck towing a boat as a moving target (yellow designation instead of the blue in the other attempts) and was literally about to pull in front of…
That's great for getting the tech bros on board. Not so much for mass market success.
Relatable or douchey and sophomoric?
I’m pretty sure the Kia Soul was their first EV
He sat in the passenger seat, camera mirrored him
The man told the judge he was sitting in his boss’ vehicle and that he didn’t drive there. He said he didn’t want to appear in court while at someone’s house. He said his boss picks him up and takes him to work.
Ultimate case of being car poor.
I’d say late sixties to early seventies was peak car color.
Former engine designer here:
Never understood the hate for this one. I have both kinds of cars and would never choose the keyed ignition anymore.
