The crime bill didn’t fall out of the sky like a Clinton-stamped anvil onto black American. This was a bill that received significant support from African American elected officials and community leaders because crime was fucking awful and something needed to be done. Bernie fucking Sanders voted for this bill.

that seems a liiiiiiiiitle myopic. the dealer doesn’t take anything from you. i mean, with blackjack the dealers are operating under very specific rules re: when to hit and when to stick. all other games are dice and balls and chance. I’m still not all that sure you *should* tip the dealer in all cases, mind you.…

that seems pretty reasonable to me. I’ll repeat what I said to the previous commenter: I wonder how much of a dealer’s salary assumes some % of tipping. They are front-facing service employees who deal with horrible shit (I imagine), much like restaurant servers, so perhaps you are obliged to tip them, at least…
