I still find it funny.

Car electricals don’t bother me in the least, it’s when I have to start working on house wiring that I get a bit nervous and triple check everything.

Refilling all 50 gallons of my fuel tank takes way longer than 2-3 minutes, however I only have to stop for fuel every 700 miles empty or 400 miles towing. People in line behind me are never amused when all the other pumps have been cycled by 2 or more cars before I’ve finished topping off.

Don’t have to have removable doors to coat you and everything inside the vehicle in dust. After two weeks trail driving in Moab, my 2016 F350 with only 10K miles on it has so much dust, dog hair, and dirt inside, that it looks like it’s a 20 year old farm truck. I am really dreading the cleanup...

Last I checked, primary voters are the same ones that vote in the final elections, so are you saying all voters are loony?

We have a similar problem out here on the West Coast, but with bicyclists instead of motorcyclists.

What a terrible waste of resources. Apparently NYC is flush with cash and couldn’t have benefited from auctioning these vehicles off? If I was a local taxpayer, I’d be more than pissed.

I agree; most LED light bar installs look pretty ghetto, but some of the kits you can buy make for a really clean look. Here’s a pic of the light bars I installed in the grille of the truck; most people have no clue they’re even there.

The LED light bars have been popular for quite some time around here and for good reason; they literally turn day into night, and a crappy Chinese lightbar will put the best stock HID headlights to shame.

No thanks. If I wanted to live in a socialist country, I’d move to one. If you’d prefer a socialist country over the US, you’re free to pack up and move.

Cash for clunkers successful?!? Ha! You’re funny!

I know that many company owned trucks are governed, but it still doesn’t give them the right spend 10 minutes in the passing lane to pass a truck governed at 65 when theirs is 67. If that’s the case, then reset your cruise for 2 mph slower and cool your jets for awhile and you won’t have people trying to fly around

Heard of a U-Haul and tow dolly? Certainly wouldn’t cost you $2K - $3K to get the car back home if you have the turbo waiting in your garage and can replace it yourself.

That looks like a mid-90's F-Series interior!

I’m so glad we’re over the red and blue interior phase. Those were some ugly colors! I know from experience; my mom had a Sable with this color interior and I had a Omni GLH with the red interior, too.

^^ This. If I owned a cheating JSW, I’d keep it. The cars are practical, fun to drive, and get great fuel economy. It’ll be interesting to see how the used car market reacts in the short run to the buybacks. As far as the long-term market goes, I see dirty JSWs that avoid the all the fixes selling for a decent chunk

I, too, am tired of the Tesla circle jerk around here, and, no, I don’t work for an oil company, but I do think Apple products suck.

Ronin is my all-time favorite movie and I’ve wanted an E34 M5 since before the movie ever came out. At this point, I’d probably go with an E39 as my first choice, but I wouldn’t turn away a nice E34!

I don’t know, I quite enjoy watching others shake their head disapprovingly when they see me roll through the parking lot at work in my diesel guzzling truck, yet so many of them drive full size SUVs and crossovers that suck gasoline down just as fast.

Don’t ever believe a word the dealer says. They’re completely clueless and likely told that guy he’d have to wait until next April in hopes sell him a car already on the lot at an outrageous markup.

LOL! You forgot POLICE, but they’re likely already there or close by...
