I feel like you might have missed the humour in the post.

This is 99% of my relatives, parents included, that are above the age of 50.  My mother has been in too many accidents and my dad is well on his way if he keeps up his inattentive and stubborn, “I’m right, your wrong”, attitude while driving. My siblings and I refuse to ride in their vehicles.

This is how my mother-in-law reacts to situations when she’s clearly over her head Press on 100%, ignore that there is an issue, all while doing 100% what she shouldn’t and almost turning off her brain in the process. It’s terrifying to witness.
