Those two photos are of different cars. The bottom is the Daimler Double Six Royal Limousine. It’s one of a kind, and resides in a collection in San Francisco.

The two bird’s eye perspective renderings do not have vanishing points, hence are not foreshortened, which gives them that crippled origami look. This may be a technical requirement of the drawings when they are submitted for design patent registration.
