They compliment each other so well. They’re essentially buttermilk shortcakes. And the semifreddo isn’t as sweet as a lot of ice creams, so it ends up being more like a play on biscuits with butter or clotted cream.
Tell him to find an Amphi Car, just in case he gets recruited to work on any of the Kennedys’ campaigns.
That’s Pizza Hut!
For a concept that seems like it’d be impossible to screw up, this is just a disappointment.
Weird, I’ve always associated the term “poppers” with cheese stuffed jalapenos. Well, that and drugs. I’ve never heard breaded cheese sticks/bites called poppers before.
Canned beans are really good these days, and I often use them. Having said that, when you are starting from dried, you can add flavorings during the cooking process, and that has a significant effect on the end result. If you try buying a couple of cans of kidney beans, add seasonings and andouille sausage to them and…
And I, as another driver sharing the road, I WANT them to think about their driving. To me, a manual transmission forces the kind of focus that I want in other drivers around me.
The entire point of the entire article is literally “these beans taste dramatically different and better than canned beans.”
Yeah, just look at the vehicles people buy. A Santa Fe, for instance, isn’t going to be made fun because it has a manual. Even a lot of “fun” cars aren’t necessarily all that fun, just fast, and that’s not the same thing. Those qualities might overlap, but not necessarily.
True. There used to be many objectively good reasons to buy a manual over an automatic. Most of those reasons are outdated nowadays.
While looking down at their phones, sadly...
Most people just want to point their car in a direction and go, without thinking about it.
I’m glad they’re planning to offer a battery-electric version instead of only hydrogen fuel cell, because I still firmly believe hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are a useless dead end.
Whoa, seriously? All those glider fucks do is a basic engine swap to intentionally skirt emissions rules. It’s not like thay have an actual assembly line. Yikes. Nikola is all vapor ware. My guess is that the founder dissapears suddenly after the next fundraising round.
make it a 2 door and I would be sold.
When they offer XE in wagon format. I mean nobody buys sedans in europe. Heck I don’t know anyone with a sedan. It’s either wagon, hatch or crossover.
I test drove the XE and apart from some questionable materials it drove really nicely, but I really need the trunk space for my hobbies. And I don’t need it once per…
Between reading about reliability issues and the fact that an F-Pace with the same options as a comparable BMW and Audi was $6k more, I didn’t even bother going to drive one last year when I was looking. Definitely think the F-Pace is great looking though.
I shopped Jag the last time I was in the market, compared against Audi, Alfa Romeo and some others. I was really disappointed - I drove the XE which I found to be cramped inside and very heavy feeling, plus the tech looked outdated. Also, it was just a poor value. The XE was missing quite a few features that were…
I have always found them to be elegant and sexy, would love to own one.....but alas, it’s as out of reach to me financially as a hypercar. Maybe someday.....
