Yes! I deep-fry my dogs, and it’s really the best way to tackle this global issue.

I’ve been toying with buying a 05-09 XJR as a second car recently, they’re at about 90% depreciation nowadays and actually pretty reliable.

Lol, I had the mental image of my bank adding a few extra zeros to the RIGHT of the decimal on my bank statements.

Neutral: What would it take for me to buy a Jag? A few more zeros in my bank account. On the left side of the decimal.

It ultimately caused me to sell my MK7 GTI. I couldn’t defeat the nannies without flashing the computer which was a no no for SCCA autocross. This being able to actually be turned off without modification to the car eliminates one of the problems I have with it.

Ooh yes, “California car” is a genuine selling point in the Northeast.

My 2014 V8 F-Type is one of the most reliable cars I own. Also the driving experience will never get old.

If you’re a rich, bald guy, you might as well flaunt your rich baldness by buying a Jag.

1. Fewer zeroes behind the sticker price of a Jaguar.

All I need to say is this:
1. I put a 3.5L in a 1999 Nissan Sentra. Traction was not its strong suit.

2. I rented a Versa (sedan) in NY 2 years ago. Driving in a straight line @ 70MPH was not its strong suit.

My brother was going to get an F-Pace on my recommendation as i used to love JAAAAGS but instead he went for an RX350 instead. Reason, the build quality. I took him to the Jaguar dealership to convince how amazing Jaguars are but during the test drive, i felt that the NVH and ride quality was way worse in the Jaguar

My Zimbabwean bank account shows that I am a multi trillionaire.

Buying a new Jag seems like such an awful, awful prospect.

agree with most of the others.  the F Type is pretty bulletproof and I DD mine without a problem.  It’s my second Jaguar after a ‘12 XF and they’re very solid mechanically.  To be honest I miss the XF.  The sweet spot was the 2012, with the updated headlights and the last year of the NA V8.  Suuuper comfortable and

I really miss my Pizzazz pizza oven. It did a fantastic job, plus, it was easy to add things mid-bake. It was one of the last things I put in the truck, because I wanted it to not be crushed, sadly, it fell out and broke when I opened the door.

hah hah! Now that I’ve got all those cleaned out, I’ve got room for more non-zero positive numbers!

I feel like the people that keep reiterating the “inevitable maintenance” either don’t own one or are rehashing what people experienced pre-2010s. I have a 2014 F-Type V8s and I pay a flat ~$400-500 once a year for general maintenance and haven’t had any issues with the car. Obviously doing it yourself could be

I don’t know your particular financial situation, but second-hand F-Types from 2014/2015 are very affordable now. You can find a very nice V6 one for the 30's with low miles or a beat to shit one for the 20's; the average price of a new car in 2019 was $37,000. IMO, if you can afford the average new car, you can
