It wasn’t wrestling fans who were attacking her. The incident began two days ago. She had a confrontation with a member of the house who shrunk her new wrestling outfit, the one made for her debut at wrestling kingdom. She scolded the guy, and the Japanese fans of the show began bombarding her with hate.

She killed his ability to consider himself special.   He was perfectly happy with her, Lagerfeld, all the rest. And their being monsters. Because he wanted to be a monster with them.  Once he wasn’t invited to dine on the flesh and blood of others at the monster’s table, he suddenly found his conscience.

I lie awake at night worrying about the food chain breaking and Trump’s undiagnosed madness, so this kind of shallow gossip is welcome by me and you can bet I will be reading this book.

Helps to be been born as a racial ruling class minority to a successful family, in a heavily racially stratified system that extracted wealth from the country while omitting the majority of the citizenry from said wealth and power at the same time since it’s inception. You’re surprised he was successful in America?

The dotcom boom was some crazy days. I know. I was there. And made a good couple bucks off some stupid ideas.

Anyone who disagrees with this obvious fact will come along shortly to “correct” me.

Our two wouldn’t last thirty seconds, they’re dying to pick a fight with the back lot raccoons. Inside always.

Back in the good old days (anything before a couple of months ago) there was a little boy down the street who’d come out to his driveway and says hello to Boo dog when we’re out on our walks.

Next Door has been a useful site/app for finding lost pets, but there’s at least one person who has to chime in with “the cat shouldn’t have been outdoors/the dog shouldn’t have been off leash outdoors” in the first place. Followed by people pointing out that losing a pet is painful, stop adding to it. Followed by

My dog thought that having his humans home 24/7 was the best thing, but now he things it’s the best thing, with caveats. We’re really interrupting his napping schedule by being home between 7am and 11am, his prime, deep napping time.

No! But now I want to hate-watch it.

Ssomething about her seems off to me. Like I get the feeling she's an angry person trying to play the part of a nice person. Her designs look cheap and basic to me. Her voice doesn't bother me but it irritates my sister.

I masochistically hate-watched the first season of her solo show during a particularly bad week where I was both sick and super stressed out. Jesus fucking christ.

Amazon. I subscribed to their home and garden channel and you get it with that. Unsubscribed as soon as I was done watching that and any other worthwhile show on that. It’s a cute show though, and the host is great, as are the two main judges/designers (though they changed the woman at one point but the replacement

You don’t think yoga tights paired with Valentino rock stud heels is the height of taste?

Great Interior Design Challenge? British? This sounds right up my alley. Where is this available for viewing? I have a rare day off from the hospital today and am in the mood to watch some TV, sit with my dog, and day drink.

Did you watch the competition show with Leanne, Mina from Good Bones, Allison Victoria from Windy City Rehab, and Jasmine from a show I’ve never watched? They were each given an identical hideous home in the middle of the desert and asked to renovate a space each week. Leanne was chill and creative, and the others

Yeah Good Bones has some issues for sure. And then what really killed it for me was the episode where the daughter builds her ‘dream home’ on the lot next to her first house. And she makes it this vertical monstrosity that is so much higher than every other house in the neighbourhood, just because legally she could,

The lady doing the old mansions has a new season starting.

Oh my god it killed my soul a little every time they’d shove a wood veneer faux rustic imaginary French country farm house ceiling beam in a midcentury split level house that was screaming for clean lines. Or every time they hacked through perfectly lovely and well made built-ins that could have been given a total
