In and of itself, the ERA would not cause women to be drafted.  Although I suppose you could argue that it would make it easier to draft women in the future

I wish shows like this would employ more historians to help them. Every time the story of mainline feminism sidelining women of color is sidelined in narrative, the more that splintering becomes something we can’t tackle.

There are very, very few people, historically or otherwise, who inspire such physical, visceral hate in me as Schafly does. So did so much damage, caused so many women to believe the patriarchy is good for them, caused so many men to realize the power they had over said women.

OK, that made me spit wine all over my new computer. But I like Sophie, probably because I know virtually nothing about her except the bit about her dad having an utterly regular job, and that she had something of a career before she got married.

I mean the royals had a lot more sway over the media back when those topless photos came out than they do now.  Thats what people seem to forget is that the tabloids and the news arent that scared of them like they used to he.  Too many people watch stuff like the Crown and see how the papers will call up the staff…

When the topless photos were unearthed, Windsor Castle went all out to rein in the media. So often it seemed that Harry and Megan were just hung out to dry.

I mean not much was expected of Edward and he still managed to fail every time.

Can they take legal action if I start calling myself “Reginald Viscount Molesworth”? ‘Cause that’s a damn fine title\name. 

Despite being the Queen’s favorite, Sophie has gotten the ugliest jewelry loans. Granted Elizabeth II has questionable taste considering the three tiaras she had created are all ugly. 

I think she’s fortunate to be married to the third son, who is pretty far down the line. I don’t think as much was initially expected of her and Edward, so they were able to lead relatively quiet lives.
