The Licks on Queen St. East in Toronto was the burger place of my childhood. Now it’s gone. Good thing the Burger’s Priest keeps popping up everywhere in its place.

Harvey’s used to be my favourite along with Licks, but both have sorely deteriorated in quality over the years. Their burgers are DRY and they cover up the tastelessness with pepper.

Counterpoint: Young Sheldon is not that bad. It’s not “appointment TV” for me, by any means, but it’s a pleasant break from Chuck Lorre’s usual formula.
