I feel like with the advances in LED and other technology, this is eminently doable. They have active shutters for aero, they could make active or rotating LED headlights.

When you sneak a look through a window, it’s “peeking.” “Peaking” is what is happening when you’re tripping the hardest.
(Hmmmmm, lots of VeeDub ads making the grade....) Thanks to the editing where the action is timed to the music, this 2000 Jetta ad is a complete masterpiece:
As a former bike tech, this a-bit-too-precious radwood bike stuff makes my eye twitch, but if it means one more bike kept in use it’s a win. Slap a generic replacement on it and Go Ride The Damn Thing. :)
Wow. This brings back memories. I had a few of those. I had the Seville pictured, and one of my favorite toy cars, a green station wagon. I took and played with it everywhere. Unsure of the year. Unfortunately something happened and it disappeared, but don’t remember how (childhood memories are sporadic for reasons).…
That white Toronado was the rare “XS” model. The electric retractable T-tops never made it to production. But they were shown in the brochure. Regular moonroof and wrap around rear window made it though.

I totally let my friends drive my cars. Sometimes, I even let them borrow my cars for extended periods of time. (If I’m going to be on the road for 1-2 weeks, why not let one of your friends drive it?) Like, my buddy K***** - one of the coolest dudes I know. He’s responsible, has a great sense of humor, and everyone…
Am I supposed to drive it into the sun as the concert ends?
Counterpoint: I have a soft spot for the 70s’ insane audacity of size, the last era that dinosaurs roamed the earth!
Zaphod’s attention however was elsewhere. His attention was riveted on the ship standing next to Hotblack Desiato’s limo. His mouths hung open.
I believe that Hotblack Desiato may be looking for a new ride, as his old one was stolen at the Restaurant at the End of the universe.
Other drivers said I was daft to park a Buick on a swamp, but I parked it all the same, just to show ‘em. It sank into the swamp. So, I parked a second one. That sank into the swamp. So, I parked a third one. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the swamp, but the fourth…
