Not gonna lie, I sent off a couple customers without their games. I usually remembered the customer and if I had actually gotten the game did a count of what the system said we had and what we had in the drawer.
Always know there is someone that manager answers to. If they were a SGA they answer to the ASM or store manager. Hot Topic doesn’t have questionable business models that I know of. Also, their employees have always been nice when I was in there. Gamestop can not live up to either of those claims.
