They aren't pushing the speed in the video. They say it can fly as fast as a helicopter under the right conditions but they capped it to 15 ft and 3o mph

you do have to understand that just because he has a vest on doesn't mean taking a bullet is a walk in the park. Its going to hurt and multiple shots mean more pain. A vest can only take so many shots before it fails... and eventually it becomes alot less usefull.
