That was my favorite thing ever on Tiny Toons. I still laugh about it.
For those of you like me who were wondering, the article photo is from the 2005 Santa slasher movie Santa’s Slay. I wish I was making that up.
I'm pretty sure Animal Crossing may have literally saved some people's lives this year, mental health-wise.
And Nintendo keeps adding stuff for free! Like all the winter stuff with snowflakes and snowmen. And the diving/swimming stuff last summer. Other companies (like EA) would have tried to sell us DLC expansion packs for that kind of thing (think how many expansions there are for each version of The Sims)
I remember seeing this movie in the theater, saw that scene, knew immediately what it meant, and was repelled. The Whos need to be virtuous and kind, for the story to work. Instead, they made the Whos annoying, stupid, and playahs. What cynical idiot wrote that script?

It’s more of a testament to Pixar that a movie that is pretty much solid is towards the bottom of the totem…
That's on my queue while working tomorrow. I've been wanting to watch it for a long time, but either didn't have the time or forgot.
Mike Tyson’s Mystery Team > Scooby Doo’s Mystery Team
For me an ideal comfort game is something that is low key, non-challenging, and sort of methodical and repetitive. For the past couple of years that game has been Stardew Valley. I love sort of turning my brain off as I get into the routine of getting up, tending the animals, managing the crops, then handling other…
