I didn’t even mind it when Subway used to do pre-packs. You wanted a BMT, boom, they just slapped it all on there in one move. Someone working there told me that they had to make those pre-packs, too, but at least they could get often ahead of things.

Jersey Mikes is really good & I think part off what slows Subway down is that they somewhat encourage people to micro-manage their orders more than most of their competitors.
