What tattoo? Am I the only one who doesn't see the tattoo in the "before" picture?

Admittedly, I always find "partner" confusing. Depending on the context I've found myself scratching my head wondering if it was in reference to a business partner, a gay partner or simply a gender-neutral term for a heterosexual couple.

Is it possible that there is one nanny for weekdays, one for week nights and one for the weekends? If all of them are on duty at the same time, that WOULD seem ridiculous.
