Really? I haven’t seen that at all. Every episode I’ve seen inevitably uses the “Oh crap, the plumbing and/or electrical needs to be completely updated!” as the shows “drama” element. Apart from the “open ALL the floorplans” and predictable decorating, I don’t see anything to indicate the houses themselves are sold
