Farmer’s cheese. We’ve been making perogies in our family since my Grandfather came over in 1881. You don’t use cottage cheese. You find and use Farmer’s cheese. It’s used in the dough instead of sour cream, and in the filling with the mashed potatoes.
I will go to the matt for their eggamuffins. That is the best thing on the menu.

We switched to Dr. Bronner bar soap because it’s got no crap in the soap, packaged in paper, not plastic, and says it’s made with sustainable palm oil. It’s not listed one way or another on the linked guide. We’re doing our best!
I think the point was that they cared enough for the pet mouse was that they let it have the help of a vet to be put out of pain rather than die as most mice do, in pain. Like we care for our dogs and cats. With love. Helping them ease into death.
