I just got home from seeing it. I’m 41 years old and I cried the whole way home. Young Boozy wanted to be Wonder Woman. I have waited my whole life for this movie, to see a strong female Superhero. Adult Boozy would settle for just being an Amazon.

Haha! I’ve always loved Wonder Woman, but Black Widow was creeping up there in my affections. She’s solidly second place, no question.

The two retail establishments I worked at - one was a small, family-owned chain (20 or so stores in the state), and the other was a big box department store. Both places tried to tell me that I was supposed to come in a half hour early to open and leave a half hour late to close. I laughed and laughed, then just…

I just had this same reaction. I had no idea!

I wish I could star this more! I have lumps and bumps on my head, and a flat spot probably because my mom let me lay on my back too much when I was a baby.

I’ve wanted to get a perm for a while now - I have fine, wavy hair that just gets poofy and frizzy in the summer. It looks unbrushed. I want a body wave or something to make the waves more definite. I just want better waves to go with the poofiness/frizziness.

I am a Gen Xer and I eat lunch at my desk, then go find a quiet corner to take a couple of power naps. I am exhausted, and I can barely make it throughout the day without them.

I take every day off offered to me. Fuck that - I am so easily expendable and we all know it. So, I take days off and call in sick when I need to. The more time I’m not here, the better.

Four weeks? I am so jealous. I hoard my measly two weeks like Scrooge McDuck. I’ve taken 1 so far this year, and have 4 more planned in June. I have no idea what I’m saving the last 5 for - just in case something exciting comes up? Haha, that won’t happen. So, I’ll just take them over the holidays.

I thought the exact same thing. Almost everyone in my family has that nose - except me. I’m okay with that.

I don’t really have an opinion one way or another - the show was fine. I too have suffered from depression and anxiety my whole life (and am only getting treatment when I am in my 40s). But, you can’t guard against every possible trigger. Yes, they probably should have had a more robust PR campaign about suicide…

I’m still upset about that. When I saw Fate of the Furious a couple weeks ago I said to my friend that it would be better with Han and Giselle. Loved them

I know people who work in politics - they aren’t super impressed with her. To be fair, most politicians aren’t that great. I do think citizens like her, though. I should have been more clear.

Tammy Duckworth isn’t that well-liked in Illinois. I voted for her, but not a big fan.
