Now this kind of information from an article is what I look for.  As I was reading, I had a number of “what if” questions come up in my mind, and I was rewarding for reading all the way through by having many of those answered by the article.

A funny thing I noticed is that I have a very similar, visceral negative reaction to seeing new real-life footage of maskless crowds now (like people going back to concerts or Halloween parties) as I do seeing people wearing masks or acknowledging the pandemic in fictional media.

Any fictional story about a pandemic that doesn’t include a bunch of idiots running around licking doorknobs to own the libs just doesn’t seem realistic enough.
