The Block Book series is great and THEY HAVE A STAR WARS BOOK NOW. I’ll be getting that one for sure. FOR MY KID.

I bought one of these last year. I mostly like it. The Logitech Unifying system works really well. One drawback: I have a north facing office window with reasonable ambient natural light throughout the morning and I’ve found that it’s not enough to charge the battery (in fact the light is red as I type this - 10am…

I’m going to get one right now. Can I get anyone a seltzer?
Everyone is entitled to having a WRONG and COMPLETELY BAD opinion.
Also, RIP Jimbo’s youthful innocence.
Didn’t help, Samer....didn’t help.
The only explanation I can think of is the keys had to be literally stuck in the ignition and without WD40 she tried KY. But then she took the lube in the house.
Seems like a good way to unwittingly get your brother killed by some trigger happy cops expecting an empty house.
Wait....what??
It’s my understanding that, for the maple / birch bat to be MLB legal, this dot must be visible and not covered by paint or stain. You will notice the dot (or the unfinished circle) when watching on tv.
I got hit with a Kubb baton SQUARE in the big toe last week and it hurt like a MFer and looks 10x worse than it felt. It felt and looks worse than the time I dropped the window AC unit on the SAME TOE two years ago. I’m a mess.

I own both 12v and 18v Bosch and based on my experience there is very little the 18 can do that the 12 can’t. Will the 18 be more efficient? Yeah, but at the difference of up to $100 you can get a 12v that will be more than capable for the average user and have enough leftover cash for another 12v bare tool. Further,…

I realize you’re probably going for laughs here but for people thinking about buying the 12v kit: do it. It’s more than sufficient for any need short of a hammer drill. Lightweight and robust.

Update from the local newspaper:
I mean you could assume a lot of things. Nike’s motivation for the sponsorship is to get it’s logo on the gameday shits you see on TV. The swag bags or boxes they give each player is just a kind of fluff to make them feel special.
The gear was given to each player as part of the university’s sponsorship with Nike, so I think it was their property but NCAA rules stipulate they can’t be resold. Pretty obvious and cut & dry...the ridiculousness of the NCAA machine / player dynamic notwithstanding.
The Board of Trustees sent a press release via email to alumni on Friday and the local paper picked it up shortly after. Seems like Purdue made the decision on Friday with full knowledge of the BSU decision. Whether planned or not it worked out well for Purdue: get good press for doing the obvious thing AND shame your…
Meanwhile, at Ball State University (his undergrad):
My comment was less about the competition and more about the probability of overworking his body and blowing out joints.
