She’s been vehemently against Trump for almost 16 months, since his dog whistle. Navarro’s a Republican probably as a reaction to being given political asylum under Reagan. She’s not a racist, nor is she a theocrat.

Some people voted for Trump solely on the basis of trade issues. They’re working class voters who feel they’ve been economically assfucked, and Trump promised to bring back good paying jobs. They never believed the racist stuff he spouted, but believed the economic hope.

They’re your family. Don’t give up your family just because they voted for an idiot. That’s not what the country needs right now.

No Fucking Way. 2000 felt like a person who happened to be a not particularly educated Republican had won. We knew Bush wasn’t that bright, but we also knew he wasn’t particularly fanatical, and that he’d surround himself with adults.

She’s a Republican on economic issues- mainly, the idea that lower taxes and global trade drives prosperity. Plus, her family fled Nicaragua in the 80's and saw Reagan’s America as a salvation from the brutality of communism.

Many of these people simply don’t feel great about themselves and pretty much project their emotions on Obama, or Hillary, etc. If you listen to AM talk radio or read Breitbart or 4-Chan, many of these Trump supporter/alt right people truly believe that a Hillary win is the end of western civilization. On Breitbart today, every other comment was basically a call to armed takeover of the US in the case of a Clinton win. Scary stuff...

Wolfman Jack was perhaps the most famous DJ of all time. He was considered a pretty good looking dude as well. This woman’s eyes and general facial expression resemble Wolfman Jack. This was not a diss.

3 years of probably doesn’t seem bad. She visits her PO 12 times a year, obeys the law. No big deal.

The only reason they’re sending her to jail is that she refused to sign for 3 years probation. She could easily have done this and avoided jail time, but she chose to complain about the unfairness of the FDA instead. Perhaps she should visit her friends at the Bundy Ranch when she gets out.
