I miss him, but not as much as I thought I would. They’ve done so much to elevate the other characters in his absence - especially Mick, who has delightfully filled the role once occupied by Snart.

Ollie & Snart are the two guys I think we have seen Sara at all romantically interested in. So that sets the bar pretty high for how hot & charismatic you have to be as a dude to get her attention, that way. I don’t think any of the guys currently on the team have remotely managed to.

That was 100% the secret government agency from last year’s crossover. I’d like to thank them personally for that Singing in the Rain tribute.

I still miss Snart though.

This was EXCEEDINGLY DELIGHTFUL. Holy shit, this show is doing very well.

But what is happening with the White Canary costume? I know it’s superfluous and she rarely uses it, but they replaced the coat with sleeves - OK - but now it has like a disco collar thing going on?

I dropped this show towards the end of Season 1, but people kept saying how much it had improved in Season 2. So, I recently went back and caught up with Season 2 & 3, and it’s almost unbelievable how good this is. This show is a case study in how to turn a show around. It’s so much fun now! And, just when you think

This was a great episode, I’m really happy with the tone they found this season of the Legends, and Zari is integrating with the same ease that Amaya and Nate did last season, which is to say, not like Hawkgirl.

That...wasn’t the Time Bureau trying to capture the Baby Dominator. It was the government agency that butted heads with our heroes in the Dominator crossover last year, wasn’t it? With the horned-rimmed glasses guy Kara banished to Antartica? At least I never thought they were the Time Bureau. They showed an amazing

It stroke me as odd and forced that at no point anybody mentioned to Charlotte that she’s supposed to be Lucifer’s stepmother, which is something she could promptly deny since it’s obviously not a direct effect of her “missing time”. Will they play it as the characters remaining forever oblivious to this very fact?

Kevin dropped out of the MK film project backin 2013. He’s great; pretty much every episode of any show he does has standout action. Arrow’s James Bamford is really good too.

Kevin Tancharoen is the best action director working in TV. Honestly, it seems like it’s not going to be too much longer before he helms a movie that takes him out of the game for good. (Whatever happened to that Mortal Kombat movie he was supposed to direct?)

Now playing

Kevin Tancharoen directed this episode, and thus, also directed one of the best fights I’ve seen on The CW. That battle outside the car is visually really cool.

I think you’re putting substantially more consideration into the pharmacodynamics of “jingle-jangle” than the writers had probably intended.

A couple of Zodiac murders were similar, where Senator Cruz shot two people sitting in a parked car. In one case, one of the victims survived despite being shot three times. Also,

Deathbolt wasn’t in CC & we’re still owed an explanation for his powers.

I think the lack of age gap is one issue- I feel like the writers on the show were trying to avoid any ‘Batman and Robin’ type implications in having a 30 something man team up with a teenager.

I’m gonna miss Wally, too. But if it means bro times on the Waverider with Nate, Jax, and Ray I’m in. Mind you, him popping over to Kara’s Earth to protect that Central City would’ve been nice, too.

Oh thank sweet monkey JESUS, The Flash is fun to watch again!

I note that the low budget TV show that couldn’t make Barry slipping on marbles look realistic has already done the stretch effects better than any of the hundred million dollar F4 films.

It’s Dibny, by the way. I can only hope we get Sue as well.

Thank GOD the show lightened up before bringing him on!

I get why people are frustrated with the show, and your review touches on some of what I consider to be the strengths and weaknesses here, but when a reviewer comes right out and says they cannot review a show on its own merits, I am forced to wonder if they’re the right person for the task.

I have a lot of respect for
