Exactly! V6 AND manual?  I wish I had the money and room for it!

Like I tell people, they may not be fast or fancy, but they are as reliable as you will get.  My parents bought me a 90 DX in 95 with 120,000 miles on it when I was 16.  I love that little boxy car!  In the last 25+ years the only time it has ever broken down is when the ignition coil gave out at 250k! I decided years

Same. Except my folks opted for blue and it is still beautiful 32 years later

I have an 88 Camry with blue interior and love it.

Mine is going to need that done eventually.  I’ve had it so long, and I’m so attached, I will end up fixing it.  It doesn’t lose much right now.  just seeping enough to make a mess after sitting, which it does a lot.  Especially this year.  I’ve been working remote since March.  I have filled it up only twice in

That’s why I daily an uncool old car.  1990 Camry.  278,000 miles and it just keeps going.  My winter daily on the other hand, not so much.  It is a 95 F150 and after 9 years, I am sick of fixing it and it’s terminal rust issues.  I am selling it and looking to replace it with a mid to late 2000's Tacoma (ideally a

Buy a car hauler, move to WV (outside city limits of course). Cheaper living, and nobody pays any attention to vehicles that don’t move for decades (or in the case of my F150 from the end of Feb to last week, so I was finally able to get my near mint 88 Camry V6 LE out of the garage since the truck was blocking that

But unlike the Colorado, manual transmission.

I’m not in that group.  Even though I live rural (WV) I am close enough to town, I could almost get away with that 900 clown car Torchinsky just bought and only use my gas car for the rare occasion I need to go to the next town, about 25 miles away.  I would just need one with a little more juice and torque so it

This is me 100%! I have been driving my first car since 1995. It is a 1990 Camry that turned over 120k on the way home from the dealer. 25 years later, I’m at a little over 277k and it has only broken down once. New ignition coil at 250k and the occasional repair when something wears out. The clearcoat has peeled off

I also have multiple record players you have to wind up, so yeah I like old stuff, particularly mechanical old stuff.

I still use an iPod classic with a cassette adapter.

Two of mine still have cassette decks ;)

Toyota did those for a while too.  That would be my preference for a backup camera as well.  I am a no touch screen car guy.  I plan on avoiding it as long as possible.

A lot of it depends on who is running the IT department. I used to work for a public university and the network director was puritanical(home schooled and very religious). He actually put in place a tool on the network that blocked any and all sites he deemed problematic. This included sites where I occasionally

That’s one I’ve never seen before then.  All the ones I’ve seen factory on the SW20 were not that tall and curved down at the ends to fit somewhat flush with the tops of the rear quarter panels.

As much as I love the SW20 MR2, I voted CP because for that money, I would want a completely stock machine in mint condition. The wheels are an easy swap, but not a fan of that spoiler. Not a fan of black either, as my first choice on these is Signal Yellow. I almost bought one of these (black just because of the

No kidding.  I have started looking to replace my old pickup and everything, even a basic 15 year old truck is at minimum 10k.  And I remember when those same ones costing depending on options between 18-28k new then!

WV is doing the opposite.  They are phasing in higher taxes on EV’s and hybrids.  their argument is that since they use less (or no) gas, they have to collect the taxes from them that would normally be assessed at the pump.

Do it, I would definitely subscribe.  I follow several car vloggers, both guys who talk about cars, and ones that work on them.
