What ever happened to the “Do crimes but don’t post evidence of it online” mindset of my kids generation? Well I guess this was a bystander recording, ok great well the driver’s tags are right there in the shot, I assume the popo have already been dispatched to their registered addresses?

I hope Ford impresses upon the dealer network how important rolling out this recall is going to be to their image. Welcome the customer in, put them in the lounge with whatever perk they could want, hell put them in a couple test drives to kill time while they swap the roof. Most people won’t remember a roof with a

If we are thinking outside the box in even the slightest fashion, then the obvious answer is the Honda C90 horizontal single.

Mitsubishi 3.0L V6

One can only assume that since COVID is just a vast gov’t conspiracy that none of these bikers are displaying tags on their bikes nor carrying any form id ID, right?

Personally? I had a roommate who traded in his college car (clapped mid 80's Mustang GT) for a brand new 1998 Chevy Silverado 1500 regular cab short bed. Within a year he started dating a woman with 2 kids so he traded the truck in on a brand 4dr Blazer for the extra seating and rolled the negative equity into the new

Yup, on my 84 6.2L GM diesel the injection pump is driven off of a gear lashed to the crank similar to how a timing chain setup works for an overhead cam.  And let me tell you getting that pump serviced is expensive.

I always wondered what the precups do on my old GM 6.2l engine.  This makes sense.

I cannot believe how well Aprilia hit the mark with the look of this bike. If I hadn’t just bought an LC4 KTM Duke I would genuinely consider this bike for purchase. Hell as it sits right now I could see myself dumping a couple of my other bikes to make room for one of these.

As my mid-20's son is about to start a new job and has been making noises about wanting to get rid of his old Mitsu Mirage (and rightfully so its a garbage car) and buy a new car, I have been trying to lay the groundwork inception-style to get him interested in the Maverick. He learned to drive on my old 89 Mazda

I love this take if only because it clearly demonstrates that whether today, yesterday or 40 years ago the older generation was ALWAYS more than happy to literally kill the younger one in order to keep doing shitty things in the shitty way they always had. Remarkably this attitude persisted well into the 90's and I’m

Came to the comments section looking for “Minor vs Miner” jokes, leaving disappointed. Y’all need a sense of damn humor.

That’s good Kinja. Have a star.

Wouldn’t need it anymore. As unstable as these are at speed, giving it that much additional power means the airbag would be using YOU as protection from the driver’s seat.

I bought one of these w/ 4WD back in the late 90's with the stock 1.6l and it was a terrible engine, slow and awful fuel economy. I was getting almost as good numbers in my 1/2 ton dodge with the 318 V8. It was a great little camping SUV though as long as the campground wasn’t too far away, pack a couple coolers and a

Honestly given the criteria I would think David would’ve suggested something in the FSJ realm, an old Wagoneer (like, razor grille old) or something similar. I am disappointed he leaned on the Edsel instead.

Right, as neat as this conversion is, this car really isn’t practically usable because its too high-centered for sporty driving and lacks the transfer case & front end to be any fun off-road. Swap a 200hp engine (say a BRZ?) into a 4WD variant of this car and you have the best of all worlds.

Its an exciting time for fans of the MoCo. Like you this particular version of the Sportster isn’t a style that I would choose, but I am glad the name plate will live on and am pumped to see continuing variations on this engine/chassis combo.

If the rollcage only needed to run from the B-pillar back to the tailgate, it would look super cool like old CJ-7's but sadly I think you would have to, from a structural rigidity standpoint, bridge it over the front seat area and connect to the A-pillar and down to the lower section of the frame and thus lose the

Maybe not their first car, but when I was a sophomore in college I was packing up my stuff into a friend’s van at the end of the semester preparing to move back home for the summer when a young woman lugged a huge suitcase down from her dorm to the 1st gen MR2 parked next to us and proceeded to open the trunk, stare
