Oh I totally get it. I have everything from a vintage RV through multiple motorcycle engines all the way down to a 3hp B&S engine in my carhold nowadays and when I have a free moment, I will just go down there a wrench for the sole purpose of just wrenching. Every now and then I hit a milestone on one of those

You’re never let me down before David (well, I personally think you should be using the J-10 as the tow vehicle for pure Jeepiness but its your butt in the seat) and so I will continue to put my faith in your methods. And your madness.

So at this point what are you wrenching on? I mean, you got it to run which is admirable and I totally get the desire to revive an old and abused powerplant. But if you are taking it home to convert it to electrical energy, why are you wrenching on it in a far-away auto parts store to begin with?

As a Floridian, and a rabid anti-Deathsantis voter I cannot say how proud I am of cruise lines standing up and telling the free-market capitalist GQP folks down here that they voted against their own well being. As far as I’m concerned, the leopards can eat all their faces.

This further validates religious indoctrination home schooling as adequate education styles. The quiverful/mass breeding xtains have been growing their cult for decades now and are finally old enough to enter politics in the form of Cawthorn and the older Duggars.

Right? 2012 was the first F1 series that I watched almost every race as an adult fan, and I really couldn’t figure out why Monaco was so revered compared to more exciting events.  I know it wouldn’t ever fly with fans, but if its basically a time trail anyway, why not just send each driver out for 20 laps maybe 5 at a

This is well said and is very prevalent in my professional field (construction). Even when one gets away from the actual field hands putting work in place and look at the supervisors and management personnel, you can clearly see where guys take that elevation as a mandate to buy up to the fully lifted bro-dozer truck

Asked the same question on twitter, had this problem on a Yamaha 4 cylinder bike and a cheap head gasket. Oil feed was up the shaft of one of the cylinder bolts but the gasket was tight around the bolt and would have prevented the flow. I carved it out with an Xacto knife and it worked fine.

If officers chase them now, they can possibly get them for drug-related offenses if they are holding and/or currently intoxicated in addition to traffic offenses related to the chase.  Let them run to a hideout and all you get is what, a Misdemeanor B&E and maybe another office gets the credit.

Science? Bah, enough of your borax Poindexter, we need action.

See this is what I would totally burn up my money on if I won the lottery, long distance tripping things like a Chiron, a Ducati D16 Desmocedici and a Sachs MadAss125. Because I am insane. Or perhaps brilliant.

I love that I get this reference. Have a star you basterd.

Did I read that correctly that in order for it to work it also has to be successfully connected via bluetooth to your phone which introduces another failure point. Out riding for a long day and your phone overheats from sitting in your tank bag or just runs out of battery? Hope you don’t crash after that point because

My daughter actually just faced this last night, she bought a Model 3 a few weeks ago and hasn’t had a chance to add a Level 2 charger to her house (no garage so it’ll be post-mounted in the driveway). While driving over here to work on our RV project she had to drive about 10 minutes past our house to find a

If you were anyone, you had the digital dashboard in your K-Car.

I for one am excited to watch this engine come to life. I totally get the thrill of listening to a “too far gone to save” engine fire up for the first time, even if its a pointless exercise toward the overall project goal.

Arguing with a cult. What I think (as though what I think matters) is happening is we are observing the intersection of both an automotive fanbase coupled with a tech fanbase and dealing with the most passionate of both worlds in one group of people. If Tesla didn’t exist, if electric and semi-autonomous cars didn’t

Guaranteed this guy has a “Most Expensive Day Ever” t-shirt he was looking forward to busting out during this trip.

One of my absolute favorite features of my old Dodge Raider (Mitsubishi Montero) was the rear quarter windows were front-to-back sliders instead of up-down (or immobile on a comparable Wrangle Hardtop). One could open the passenger or driver’s door, reach in, hit the latch and slide the window wide open with full open
