COTD. BECAUSE WE CAN AGAIN.

The S&P Analyst was asked about his weekend plans and responded.

One need look no further than who sponsored the referemced chart, the Frontier Group; an environmentalist lobbying group that manipulates data to fit their agenda, facts be damned. Their website is easy to find and full of inaccurate and skewed viewpoints. There are enough facts our there to support some of their

um... there’s soooooooooo much wrong with the this article, it almost- almost- makes me laugh. After ‘o7, we did indeed have a drop in auto travel. It was due primarily to fuel costs rising faster than ever and our economy stalling, both factors kinda keepin’ people home rather than out cruising to work or vacation.

Maybe, just maybe, stop beating people to death? I dunno...it’s just a thought...I know it’s a stretch to expect our police to act like human beings and try to not shoot fleeing people in the back or shoot guys 19 times on their own doorstep or what not, but maybe let’s try that first before resorting to the police

I know, right? These people should just accept that the system is rigged to keep them in poverty and accept all of the police abuse, including the murders, as “due process”! RESPECT FOR THE LAW is paramount here...everything else...well, that’s just a bunch of lawless “thugs”!

And a final reminder: Street racing is the dumbest thing and the people who do it are literal human garbage.

People who live in glass house shouldn't throw stones. I've street raced, I've done donuts in parking lots where people watched. I speed. I've grown up but I still succumb to doing childish immature stuff in my car once in awhile.

Sure, say that with a straight face until you do or say something 'they' don't like. Illegal, moral or otherwise.

let's be completely honest, though: it's still bullshit.

Not that I'm an angel but there is one rule I always follow and that is NEVER be rude or mean to people who are providing you a service. Bar tenders, waiters, delivery boys, etc. Their job sucks. They don't need you being a dick to them on top of it. Even when a waitress/waiter messes up I do my best to not make an

The same people around here who think what he did was "horrible and dangerous" are the same people that really try hard to argue that buying a slow car and driving it slowly is the sign of a real car enthusiast.

I know popular opinion here is that he should be drawn and quartered, but seriously, the normal speed video just looks 'quick', not dangerously fast. He was conscious of other traffic and as far as I could tell, no more dangerous than your average NYC cab driver. Worth a fine, absolutely. But not at all worth jail

It's true, haters gonna hate.

I guess I don't see driving slightly above the speed limit as "shooting into a crowd" or "flying an airplane between skyscrapers."

Did anyone actually read this or are you all just sticking to your guns in order stay with general opinion of others? Dude has some valid points, and not once does he try to claim innocence or justify what he did. He also used little rhetoric in his approach, which I commend. But no, lets be Gawker and focus on

This guy seems like an idiot, and made some bad choices.

Ya know, he's kinda right.....our legal system seems to have been taken over by over zealous prosecutors who have their own personal and political gains in mind. Afroduck shouldn't have done what he did, but the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Another sad example of the failing US criminal justice system...

Are you fucking kidding me? This is the normal speed video???! Okay, so he's guilty of a few poor lane changes and passing on the right. I don't see any flagrant speed or reckless driving present here, dude even stops for (most) red lights. Honestly this seems to be a safer pace then 75% of New York's traffic.
