It doesn’t. The animation is much better than it was 20 years ago. It’s much more fluid and dynamic and on the whole the quality of battles has been vastly improved.

No, it’s just that many raid bosses in Vanilla weren’t mechanically difficult. Anyone whose cut their teeth on more recent WoW (or other MMO) Raid bosses would find Molten Core a breeze.

The Raids currently available in WoW Classic have not been nerfed at all.

They didn’t get an entire raid group leveled and geared really. A big chunk of the raid was under level 60, they had one tank, one person with Waterlord rep, and no resistence gear.

Bizarrely this is a recurring thing in Pokemon, with most Pokemon being able to be selective about whether or not to be harmful. See also Ponyta/Rapidash being able to make its flames not set its riders on fire and Muk being selective about whether it poisons people via proximity.

It’s the worst game in the Doom series, which is one of the reasons I say that Doom may be the single most consistently excellent game series of all time because when your worst is a good game like Doom 3 it’s pretty incredible.

You’re a little off actually. You can go into space in Ultima, but only in Ultima 1 and 2, not 3. What may have tripped you up is that there’s a town CALLED moon in 3, but sadly it is not on the moon.
