I didn’t know it was a test item when I ordered it and I’ve already ordered them a second time. These are small thighs. Very crispy skin and there’s one bone to hold onto just like a wing. Of anything, maybe less messy than a flat.
They’re good. Wings are jus a delivery vehicle for sauced, crispy skin and the thighs are way crispier and juicier.
