Note the AND in the phrase “alleviated by its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties”

If you’re buying that much HP sauce, you’re probably not trying the American formulation of Heinz.

At that point, you’re sooo close to just re-inventing shakshuka. Might as well look up a recipe and just make that.

That works both ways. You can also just take almost any leftover food, heat it up, and put a fried egg on top. Even works nicely on a bowl of chili (if you’re from somewhere that doesn’t make it a soup).

You’re buying the wrong ketchup.  Heinz has a higher vinegar to sugar ratio than most brands.

Yellow mustard is great. The floral notes of the turmeric are a delight - especially on chili dogs. Unless you shop at Aldi. For some reason, they get ketchup right (more vinegar than corn syrup) but fail at mustard (no turmeric).

pickle (dill!)

Here is the core of the debate. Whose ketchup? Heinz is objectively more tangy and less sweet than most other options. Look at the order of the ingredients on the label.  Vinegar comes before sugar/syrups.

If you want cubes its way easier to cut it on a board or plate after scooping.

Pan-fry that skin in oil for a crispy appetizer.

That’s my method. Helps get the water out. Follow by a firm squeezing between a couple layers of paper towel. I like my hash browns way crispier than what you can get out of the bagged frozen stuff - they STILL have too much water in them.

It wouldn’t be a new charge. It would be a higher capture amount on the same authorization - just like the tip.  The authorization usually stays open until the end of the day.  As long as it’s part of the same transaction, it’s legal and valid.

What are you talking about?  The card is swiped for an authorization.  This is no different than a hotel charging for things in the mini bar at checkout.  You swipe the card for authorization - the amount captured may increase before the transaction is over.

Are they going to present you ANOTHER bill for $30?

You don’t get to treat someone’s medical condition like it’s not a big deal and then act surprised when when shit happens.

So why, then, is bone broth the target of so much mockery and skepticism?

Nope....Gen Y is just another name for Millennials (before it got its catchy name - X never got one). Xennials is the only name that’s been given to the early subset. But Xennials are more likely to remember Millennials being called Generation Y.

Who is saying that’s what I’m most interested in? I was specifically replying to the idea that she would have died in the waiting room had she not left. And I am pointing out that it’s not a certainty - not even close. In fact, even if she still had a cardiac event, some other patient in the waiting room would have
