lmao, I took a vacation a couple years ago where we paid up front for a lot of shit (including some deposits). After we got back and the final tally was put together, I was owed $6 (from my uncle who was handling it).

I have taken friends out that were broke wanting to stay in for the night, paid several $100's in one night and never expected to be paid back. I had fun and hoped they did too. They will get me back one day and if not who cares?

I have something similar with my friends and family, I never called it that, but I like that name. We even have an informal money for labor exchange. I’ve helped people move and clean in exchange for a free meal or a place to crash while traveling.

I worked at Walmart for five years. Was fired this past summer for taking days off to take care of my mother. Was screwed out of unemployment due to the attendance policy. The shit I saw and heard while working at Walmart was insane. I was forced to take multiple LOAs from work within a year due to mentality health…
