Maybe see if you can find an upscale consignment store in your city and spend your money on a very few beautiful pieces that you might not otherwise be able to afford, and doing good for the environment by upcycling.

I know this seems like a very elementary step in dealing with migraines, but have you tried NSAIDs? I realize that’s kind of “step one” in dealing with them, but some doctors jump immediately to things like sumatriptan (which didn’t work for me anyway).
