Thank you!I believe she is an Australian Kelpie/Cattle Dog cross, with no husky or spitz type dog anywhere in the lineage; different collie breeds (not border collie though), and possibly a dash of dingo. She is smaller than she looks in her photos.

Siblings are THE WORST!!!

Coronation Street, at least.

Your doctor sounds like a gem! I’m so glad you’re feeling better.

Well bless their hearts ...

Happy Birthday to your sweet pup! Mine turned 11 this week.

I love that Wynn’s owners also have another less than glamourous cat; they obviously don’t care about chewed up ears and look past the scruff to the sweet kitten underneath.

There’s a John Scalzi book called “Red Shirts”, which the people who are wearing the red shirts realize that they rarely come back from away missions.

It sounds like you are really settling in, and starting to love it even more.

I’m so sorry. They leave such a big hole in our lives when they go. Even the longest lived dogs and cats don’t live long enough for us.

I love eating. Cooking? Not so much. :D

Krabby, you may already know all of this, but just in case; GroupThink is gone from kinja, as are all of the subblogs. If you want to find us, we are on reddit, hosted by Dastardly Mime;

I am so glad Bruce finally has his own home and human(s)

If you’re in Chile, you can go and see the giant hand in the Atacama Desert, although it’s a legit art piece;

I LOVE Shelties! An older cousin of mine had a couple when I was a kid, and I fell in love with them then; who would love a miniature Lassie?! And my sister has 2; after growing up with a Golden, and having a spaniel and rescue Greyhound, I think she has settled on these as her breed of choice, and they are sweet

That sounds simple and wonderful. I love squash when I have it at friend’s houses, or at a restaurant, and I always mean to buy and cook some, but never get around to it.

I don’t have permanent “ungreying” powers, but I can ungrey your comment. :)

Congratulations on the pregnancy! I’ve been told there is never an ideal time to get pregnant (I don’t have children, so I don’t have a personal opinion on that!).

I found a pregnant tortie girl years ago and ended up keeping her and one her kittens, the only male. She had about a week of smacking him when he was about 10 weeks old, and then was fine with him.
