Me too. Co-sleeping was not something I considered even a little bit until I brought home my first brand new baby. I ended up safely co-sleeping with all three of my kids and it was what worked for us. I got a lot more rest that way because I didn’t have to get up and out of bed to feed.

Each side on every parenting issue leads to so much defensiveness. Breast vs. bottle, co-sleep vs. sleep training, etc. Everyone does what works for their own needs and personal situation, why can’t we just leave it at that?

Just because your non-attachment parented daughter is thriving doesn’t mean attachment parenting is not a viable style of parenting for many families. Everyone has to find what works for them and no one is attacking you for the way you managed your baby.
