therapy is undoubtedly useful in some cases , but I simply cannot get on board with this tendency to medicalize everything. You said it here:
Interesting. Thanks.
Lol. Your mother is awesome.
Those red boots are awesome. Medieval chic!
Well, it's a true American classic, no? It seems most (clearly not all) people read it as part of the school curriculum, and it also carries significant cultural weight. This is pretty clear on sites like goodreads, where the book dominates all the main "Greatest" lists. It also shows up on international lists of…
So, I've not read Mockingbird yet (don't judge me! I'm not from the USA and where I grew up it's considered a significant book, but it doesn't carry the same kind of cultural weight as it does in north america), but it's on my list for this year.
She has great hair naturally, but I'm pretty sure she plumps it up with extensions sometimes too. It sometimes looks crazy thick, other times it looks thinner and more like the hair of mere mortals.
She's pretty and all, but she seems as interesting as a saltines and water dinner.
Weiner Alison Brie was a big lesson because we couldn't afford to make her a series regular.
There are barre classes! My friend goes to one and really enjoys it. She has joint problems so can't do anything too high impact.
I took ballet classes when I was a kid, mostly because it was a required component of my gymnastics training. I remember it being pretty grueling and not much fun.

I can imagine it would be difficult to date madonna with her level of long term fame, and one of the most successful careers in modern pop history. I think a lot of men simply aren't comfortable playing second fiddle to their partners, and I think this is truer still for older men. Younger men are probably more happy…
Getting a bit concern-trolly there
i've always had a soft spot for chloe sevigny because she's managed to forge a successful tv/film career without being conventionally beautiful, and I think that's rare in the american film industry, where even a TV show called "ugly betty" uglifies a very pretty girl instead of just hiring someone plain for the title…
One of the nice things about continental europe is how people still put an effort into wearing actual clothes! Not just gym gear everywhere! Whenever I find myself back in an english-speaking country, I'm appalled by how shitty everyone is dressed.
I agree, flagging a post is far easier than confronting someone directly, especially if you're not sure if they are seriously entertaining suicidal thoughts, or if they just being a bit emo.
