I had never heard of the name Sinjin before but looking it up (for the clueless), it’s Hebrew for god is good and also a phonetic spelling of st. john. I actually really like the name Sinjin, it doesn’t feel and look as literal as “Saint”, especially combined with an equally literal and blunt last name “West”.
Even Nets. Nets West.

This is a good article about Judy Clarke who defended Ted Kaczynski, Jared Loughner, and other really horrendous people. People who are supposedly indefensible. I would be in law (except for the whole student loans thing), and she’s an incredible person. A recommended read!
