Even your basic F-150 is a highboy model these days.

3.6L V6

It also appears to have bed sides low enough to throw a bag of mulch up and over the side, which is impossible in any full-sized pickup these days.”

I’m ready for the Small Truck Guy excuses now:

Does Ford even have a manual that could go in the Maverick?  Near as I know all their transverse transmissions are automatics, and the Maverick is using a transverse setup like the Bronco Sport and Escape.

Two door trucks are a dying breed, relegated only to small percentage of commercial sales. I too, would prefer a two-door, but there’s no way they’re producing anything but four-door short beds.

Sounds better if you use English-English: B Zed 4 X.

It’s better if you pronounce each hyphen.

B-Z-4-X is a mouthfull that does not flow well.

corolla (reg corolla), corolla L (camry), corolla-x (rav-4), corolla-e (prius), corolla-EL (avalon), corolla-h (mirai), corolla MPV (sienna), tacoma (reg tacoma), tacoma-xl (tundra)......

This one’s easily identifiable...from the front.  No angry maw.

This, the Corolla Cross and RAV4 all look remarkably similar.

Toyota should just get it over with and offer one single body for all of its vehicles. Perhaps they already have. I really can’t tell.

Yeah but because the S10 EV was based on the EV1 it was FWD, which is kinda lame.

I’ve been waiting for the right time to make a conversion for my 2006

So what I hear you saying here is that my 2011 Ford Ranger 4x4 is a good platform to convert to an EV...

The Wikipedia entry suggests that some Ford dealers used an incorrect leasing form that left open the opportunity for lessees to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease, allowing a few Ranger EVs to escape into the wild.

At least it would fit in my garage!

Why didn’t they get crushed like the EV1's did?

The S10 was cooler in my mind, because I love the EV1 roots it came from.
