Ah, yes, the deserts and mountains of Florida!

I remember the depths of the 2008 financial crisis, when car lots could not move metal and automakers had something like 270 days of average inventory, seeing some actual BUY ONE GET ONE FREE offers on pickups.

yes, the fine print was hilarious (buy our top of the line fully specced truck at sticker, get this stripper

One reason would be your size, how tall/large are you?

Nissan is currently advertising a $199 down/$199 a month lease on the Leaf, so you’re really only looking at a $5k discount. That’s less than what TrueCar says I should expect, and less than half of what it would take to get me to consider a Titan. Plus, they get that extra $800 pure profit doc fee.

They end their commercials by boasting their aggressive lenders will approve anybody, so they basically brag about predatory lending practices.  I’m not surprised they fuck people over with an $800 document fee.

We own a Leaf *only* because it is cheap. The car has poor space utilisation, poor battery management with the potential of expensive failures (onboard chargers, anyone?), soda can-like metal, it’s full of stupid engineering decision *and* Nissan “quality”, after all. It's uncompetitive. Unless it's priced right, that

(SHHHHH! We want the articles it will inspire).

A few years back, LA area Nissan was offering “$10,000 off Nissan Leaf” to UCLA students and faculty. Her Civic Hybrid was long in the tooth and not that great of a hybrid, so she was mildly interested. We went to 2-3 different dealers, test drove the Leaf, which drove like a golf cart but she said “hey $10k off plus

Can a Leaf be tow charged?

If you drive enough it still doesn’t seem like a big deal to pay that. When I DD’ed my truck, my fuel bill was regularly $600. Doesn’t take long to pay those off when running an electric econobox

You have to go to a Nissan dealership to buy and service a Titan. Hard pass.

The cummins diesel in the titan didn’t live up to the hype and most people view the gas engine as meh. Most would rather another big 3 (or toyota). Truck buyers are fiercely loyal, except titan owners, they’d never buy another titan.

Back in the day it was buy a Buick and get a Yugo for free.”

They don’t leak oil, they mark their territory

British sports cars leak oil because they are oid. One which had been carefully maintained over the years leaks minimal oil.

British car or vintage Harley Davidson?

Just means there's still oil in it. It's when the leaks stop that you get scared.

That is a good looking engine right there.

I think that is a twin cam, buy it!

Because, even a British toaster will leak oil.
