I think that Elliot is Mr. Robot. In that scene in episode two, the other hackers are talking directly to Elliot, and he is responding to them. But Elliot perceives this as Elliot observing a conversation between Mr. Robot and the hackers. That's why it is so carefully set up with both Elliot and Mr. Robot in the same

Elliot is Mr. Robot. That's why in the scenes we see with Elliot and Darlene she is always perplexed that he is blowing her off and seems not to know what she is talking about. It is also why the other hackers are sitting around waiting for him at the end of this episode: Elliot/Mr. Robot is the leader, he's the man

Kent and Ben would definitely know the rules. Tom James probably would as well, he seems pretty on the ball. It's believable that the rest of them would not know what was going on. Sue is obviously highly competent, but this has nothing to do with her job.

Not at all.

I believe they showed her putting her University of New Mexico School of Law diploma up when she moved back into her old office. Hamlin seems to mostly respect her, his occasional dickishness towards her notwithstanding. But it wouldn't surprise me if Chuck looks down on her as well.

My sense is that Simmons publicly repeats the rumors that everyone else is smart enough not to run with without further confirmation. So he's not making stuff up, he probably did hear that from people in the industry. He just makes little attempt to vet it for accuracy because he's so proud of being an "insider" now.

True. I had no idea he was in Avatar when I saw that episode, so it seemed 100% awful as it was it happening. Then I saw the movie and it clicked. But I suspect they probably would have done that episode regardless, Avatar being distributed by 20th Century Fox.

Yeah, those are always extremely awkward. All of a sudden she is talking about the rear-facing cameras on her new Dodge for no reason.

There was an entire episode of Bones about waiting in line for Avatar tickets.

Completely agree. The last two seasons were tough for me, as Tyrol, Cally, Dualla, and Gaeta were all among my favorite characters and the show treats all of them pretty terribly. The one arc out of those that I think actually worked was Gaeta's. With Cally and Tyrol everything seemed arbitrary, to suit the needs of

Olympus: Fall Another Day

Yeah, I thought this was a bit of an odd comment, especially as (MILD SPOILER) Socinus does in fact re-appear later in the series.

Rape Me is far from my favorite Nirvana song, so I was interested in reading an intelligent critique of it. I wish more of these "hate song" interviews targeted popular and well-regarded bands. Unfortunately, this guy is a complete fucking idiot. He hates the song because of a story he made up in his head about it,

Two observations:

Interesting. Yeah, I recall the interactions and facial expressions as being pretty ambiguous in that sequence.

I thought we only saw Eleanor, but I could certainly be mistaken. If you figure it out I would appreciate the update.

I don't think we actually saw Enforcer Guy in the house while it was covered in blood. We saw Eleanor and him visit it with the real estate guy, but in the cold open the only two identifiable people were Lyle Lovett and Eleanor, IIRC.

Right. I meant flash forward further out. I belatedly see others have speculated about this elsewhere in this thread. After last night I now think it was probably a flash forward to events that have not yet taken place, likely the end of the season as you say.
