I’m very interested in how much Lorne's influence is blocking the writer's room from truly taking the gloves off on the political stuff. I know Jost is terrible as head writer but Lorne ultimately picks the sketches every week.

Well....wait? Pretty much in complete agreement with you!

Yeah, it’s pretty unbelievable. No show has had a better setup for success: Bryan Fuller showrunning, Neil Gaiman fully on board to help adapt his own material, a cast of beloved and celebrated character actors, phenomenal production design. They’ve just wasted it. I’ve come out of this with an extremely negative view

This show is the fastest moving trainwreck I've seen in years.

Fact: Scientists calculate that by the year 2100 every single person on the face of the Earth will have been fired by American Gods.

This is baffling. Do they seriously think that they can just replace Orlando Jones and then pretend that, what, Mr Nancy’s new form is actually not all that mad about what’s happened to black people in America? That’s the craziest, stupidest, most ill-considered, and just flat out cowardly move I’ve ever heard. It’s

Season 1 of this show was interesting but the wife and I gave up halfway through Season 2. Loves the book but the show just wasn’t doing it for me.

Just wanted say that, several decades from now, when Kaitlyn Dever is accepting her lifetime achievement awards and the comparisons between her and the likes of Meryl Streep and Jodie Foster are flowing, I totally called it. I’ll be long dead then. But I still want credit.

Solid list. I haven’t seen all of these, but the ones I have seen are pretty great.

Unlike the rest of you posers, I’ve ignored Pete Davidson for his entire career.

I do have depression and substance abuse issues, and I make everyone I meet sign a similar NDA.

I don’t have susbtance abuse problems, but I do suffer from depression, and it doesn’t make me act like this.

With my first contract, I recall my lawyer saying "let them keep that in, it's unenforceable anyway." Frequently.

He may be an oversensitive douchenozzle, but there’s an agent or manager who’s enabling him and seriously letting the guy down by not talking him out of this kind of stuipid idea.

I sympathize with his mental health struggles, truly, I do. However, if you are very sensitive to opinions about your work and life, maybe being a famous stand-up comedian who publicly dates very famous women is not the right life for you.

If I was the court-goin’ sort of lawyer, I would rep NDA breakers pro bono. Instead, I’m the one drafting the NDAs and all the other lawyers and I joke about how they’re often pointless.

Yeah but it can cost a lot to prove that unenforceability

On the one hand, I don’t want to mock Davidson too hard given his obvious and stated problems with depression and substance abuse - I am not really keen on contributing to this whole cycle, given the story of Amy Winehouse.

Good for Pete Davidson! It’s about time he stood up to people coming to see his shows! I, for one, will help him out by not going to them. Take that, audiences!

I wish people realized how often NDAs are unenforceable. Especially people with          dirt on Donald Trump.
