YES. I work in tech, too, and when I first started my career, my self-righteous (although ultimately well-meaning) uncle gave me a signed copy of “Lean In” to inspire me. When moving earlier this year, my boyfriend and I found the copy and debated whether or not we could sell it for money, before ultimately throwing

Funnily enough, the current Reddit Consensus (tm) about Pao is that she was basically the fall-guy (gal?) CEO. They bring her in, she makes a whole bunch of changes, user shit-storm happens, they fire her, bring back the old CEO, users rejoice, and in their giddy joy, they conveniently fail to notice that the new

I’m on the waiting list to get my hacked off with a weed whacker* and I’m excited. I look forward to my nipples not being the size of wagon wheels.

You...you know Paul Ryan’s not running, right? Anti-women “It’s hard to be a ten if you’re flat chested, women are pigs, Mexicans and Muslims don’t like me” Donald Trump is running.

So from a late 30s white feminist Hillary supporter :) ... I don’t think anyone should vote for Hillary just bc she’s a woman. Definitely not. I’m thrilled that we’re on the cusp of electing a woman as president (!) but if it were, say, Condolezza Rice instead (very qualified, but against my political outlook) I

I'm so sick of hearing this and it's about time we switched it around. If you're voting for Trump over Hillary, you're thinking with your dick, not your brain.

Exactly. I’m a Sanders supporter but god damn it if I’m gonna let Drumpf in the White House door. I’ll take a million Hillaries over one cheeto-dusted baby hand.

I have been a Bernie supporter until a couple weeks ago when I realized that he would never bow out gracefully. I would still much rather vote for him than Hillary, and I know several other liberals who feel the same way. However, every single one of us will vote for ANY Democrat over the vomit on the gop ticket and

You do realise that Hillary has way more support from black voters than Bernie does, right?

I also got teary during her speech! And then, every time I got teary, I started to think strategically. . . .as in, I do think she is hitting her politician-stride—and it’s a damn good one—perfect, I think, for combatting Trump. Then I started thinking about Obama campaigning by her side—and I kind of lost it.

Um, I vote based on platforms, too. I don’t vote with my vagina. But, you know, thanks for the early morning sexism.

This is pretty much exactly how I feel. I voted for Bernie in the primary but he totally lost me a few months ago. Also I posted yesterday about how my hormones are running wild and I cried at every Hillary article I read yesterday - and then I watched her speech last night and I bawled. Feels good, man. I actually

This is super hilarious, because “I guess I’m with” is the majority of people the majority of elections.

Granted I usually live under a rock and am actively trying to avoid a lot of the election coverage (b/c it’s more a circus than honest journalism), but these alleged “feminists” saying we need to elect Hillary b/c she’s a woman - I could swear this is mostly a strawwoman cooked up by Bernie and the RNC or trolls just

Did you guys watch her speech last night? It was pretty damn good. And she’s really finding the right tone for this election. She seems like your cold as steel Aunt Hillary who, somewhere deep down, has a heart of gold. You’d trust her with the nuclear codes. And you gotta know she cares about your reproductive

That Politico article that dropped about his campaign last night is... illuminating, to say the least.

I actually started out Team Bernie. He kind of lost me along the way, but that’s water under the bridge. But I totally understand his appeal, and think he did everyone a service with his run.

I was Team Bernie, but I have to admit I am stoked to have the opportunity to vote for a woman for President. I really didn’t think I’d have the chance any time soon.
