I don’t really like the kind of music that KCRW plays, and I like KPCC’s weekend show lineup much more than KCRW. :) I love KPCC’s app that lets you rewind to the beginning of the show if you are coming in during the mid-point, too!

The clothes are cute, but super overpriced. A sequin skirt at Nasty Gal is $218, but a similar one at Forever 21 is $22. I get that they’re trying to sell to more upscale clients, but you know they’re getting the clothes made in the same country (maybe even the same factory) that Forever 21 is.

Right?? And the affordable stuff looks like like the clothes at Forever 21.

I water our trees with a hose. It’s really important to keep watering trees during the drought. If we lose the trees, it takes years to get them back, and we need them especially for cleaning the air.

There are are a few of those here in Los Angeles. They have waiters that come and bring you food during the movie. It’s pretty cool.

It’s because back in the 50’s/60’s/70’s, you left your trash at your seat. There were more workers to clean up back then.

This is exactly it. When our parents were young, it was expected that you would leave your trash at your seat. Times have changed, and there are less people cleaning with a shorter turnover time, so it’s polite to take your trash with you.
