I haven’t had that problem!! Maybe just different nail polishes underneath? I usually use the Urban Outfitters polishes or OPI.

Seche Vite makes the best quick dry top coat. It dries within like, 5 minutes. It is not 3-free. It has toluene in it, so use it in a well ventilated area.
