I don’t disagree. The biggest issue between Renault and Red Bull for the last few years before RB switched to Honda was the constant pissing match between the mighty egos of Cyril Abiteboul and Christian Horner. It’s not hard to imagine in that an era where the two teams (or three, with AT) are stuck with one another

Renault isn’t supplying any other teams with power units after this season, so I think they basically have to be Red Bull’s supplier going forward (unless Williams or Haas change?). Still, I don’t think Mercedes or Ferrari would be too keen on supplying engines to a team that actually stands a chance of beating them

Hey, Cyril. Sorry about shit-talking your power units for all those years, how’s about a reunion?

Should we skip the /?  Not block/head, just blockhead.  Big ol’ monobloc, this part is more of that part.  You want the head off, you’re going to need a saw and a lunch.

I track a 7 replica, so my costs are low, but I was reading a review of the new GT500 and I was thinking that beast must eat consumables like Amy Schumer at a Golden Corral.

California can’t keep up with maintaining its existing electrical grid. Doing what this order requires would essentially mean building the entire thing again, within the next 15 years. This is the type of shit that makes any person with an ounce of critical thinking ability roll his eyes and assume the governor is gran

No. A typical secondary transformer allocation per home is around 20kVa. You’d need more like 35-40kVa to draw full load from two 100A 240v outlets for car charging. The system is not capable of delivering peak output to all connected homes to a transformer at once. It relies on load diversity to function. If everyone

Of course, yes.

They need to start building nuclear plants in the desert.

With the new, wonderful design, it seems to be :-)

He means the substance of the rant, not the underlying news.

California is already having power supply issues, let’s add 2 million or so new EVs to the grid each year...

For real dafuq is this shit?

As a Coloradan, anything east of I25 is just western Kansas.

The 992’s design is perfect

I eagerly await the wailing and gnashing of teeth that will follow when the big tech companies that have gone permanently WFH institute location pay scales.

The FIA knows if they investigated him then it would be a pot calling the kettle black situation from their involvement with questionable human rights leaders.

Do you really think it’s the fires that began in the past 2-3 weeks causing people to flee the Bay Area and LA? Might it have more to do with the pandemic that has lasted 6 months or so and the much less business-friendly approach CA took compared to TX? Or perhaps the years-long increases in living costs that were
