As always, you provided no actual proof for your claim, just a generic "well, it must be something you're doing. Bye!"

I've heard this claim, but then the hardware I use works flawlessly in Linux and as a Hackintosh.
You misunderstood. I'm not offended, just offering a challenge that up to now is always left unmet. I've provided the answers to your questions. And of course, do you think that an avid computer user with decades of experience wouldn't know to have base specs for an OS? Please don't assume something that naive!
I'm not offended, so please don't think that's the issue. What I am doing is challenging you to put that charge to the test. As I assumed, you responded similarly to everyone else who I challenge in this regard: you provided generic, general statements that don't answer my challenge.
I'm sure McDonald's corporate is "lovin' it!"
From simple deduction, my friend, the common link is Windows. Note the relatively problem-free Linux and Mac OS X experience, but consistent problematic Windows experience.
I am no Mac fanboy, as I'm using a Windows PC primarily, but you can hardly complain about instability if you're using unsupported hardware. That's true of any OS.
Someone else mentioned this, as it always comes down to somebody saying, "Then it must be you, because my beloved fanboy Windows cannot be bad!"
There's always a person like you who wants to blame the user. Please enlighten me, oh great one, as to what possible "wrong" I could be doing. How can you "wrongly" install Windows on supported hardware? How can you wrongly install Win 7 on a single HDD with no bad sectors? How can you wrongly launch applications and…
I have no allegiances to any OS or company. I hate Windows for what it is, and hate Apple's "big daddy" approach to censoring their App Store and preventing unauthorized apps from being installed on their mobile devices.
I can only speak from my own personal experience with absolute certainty... and it is with that absolute certainty that I tell you that I have NEVER, EVER gotten a Windows machine to function with a fraction of the stability of every Mac I've ever used. This is my experience.
I've never used Spotify and didn't know what it was until now, I haven't used Skype in years (not since I moved back to the States), and iTunes is just one of many great media player options.
This article and criticism would be 100% legitimate and valid if Activision were a public sector entity. This is a private corporation, and unless you're a stockholder with a genuine say in the matter, you really don't have anything to say about it.
Interesting notion. There are certainly loads of stereotypes, themes, and cultural concepts for both genders...
I only needed to wire one room, so a buddy and I just drilled a hole in the living room ceiling near the router, drilled one in the bedroom with the PC, and then strung the cable through. I caulked the holes around the cable, and uses the hide-a-cable plastic tubing to keep the cable securely in the corner of the room…
Notice how the image portrays the man as a faceless, nameless nobody who holds no significance, while the woman is given a human quality through the display of her face, and simultaneously empowered by her nearly-vampiric attack on the male, suggesting that men are mindless sex objects to be devoured by powerful women.
I hope you're not serious about asking why someone would want content without DRM. There are many reasons, but mainly because DRM restricts how and where you can enjoy the content you bought.
Stuff like this deserves a big, giant, extra-fat "Who cares!"
Children learn to beg and throw a temper tantrum because of past experiences in which it works. I see so many parents immediately rush to their crying child trying to give them something or do something to satisfy them. This is reinforcing the behavior that anytime you want something, you just cry. Don't get it? Cry…
The cake, and this whole article for that matter, is a lie.
