Fair point. I don't think Russia would start a war, but who knows... they made that silly PT Cruiser limo. I guess you are right in saying that we will never know. It would be interesting to see the worlds reaction (political, news media, etc) if we were to let a Russian bomber in to our airspace for any length of

I was wondering that too. What would happen if we sent an AWACS to shadow them from a distance just to see what they would do? Maybe send a couple of Raptors for insurance.

    Nice little detail there.

Can you (or Tyler) expand on the airfield invulnerability? Genuinely curious.

Look, all I am saying is that the Royals are not as embarrassing as often. I'm guessing you are from Boston.

In other news the Royals beat the Yankees to take a 2-1 lead in the 4 game series. They stranded 9 runners. 7 of which were in scoring position. The Royals have the best bullpen in the American league, and one of the best defenses as a whole. Can't really hit but the offense at least seems to be coming around and

This is awesome, thanks for that last link especially.

Paul, do you have any more info on the plane that went down in Adams Co. CO last Friday/Saturday?

Interesting, that seems like the best way to build time if you can swing it.

Yeah that looks like the route I will be taking as well, flying CAP and teaching to build hours.

    Saab 90 Scandia.

    Saab 90 Scandia?

That makes me wonder too, I'll have to ask next time I have a lesson.

I should have clarified. The fight school I am getting my PPL is a small not for profit that part of flying club not one of the big academies. They offer instrument training but I don't think more than that but for the PPL it is substantially cheaper than anything I have found. As far as I know they do not do lessons

Like I said I could be wrong. Some what interesting to me is that the fight school has the DA40 and and SR22 neither of which qualify as complex if I am reading the regulation correctly. Maybe thats the point I guess.

Thanks for even more awesome info.

Thanks for even more awesome info.

Awesome insight! Exactly the kind of stuff I want to hear about, thank you. Give me quite a bit to go on actually, CAP isn't something I'd thought of.

Ok, I figured thats what you meant about 08... I looked like more of dumbass by trying not to look like a dumbass.

Tell me more... I am curious to what you mean, I know the 1500 hour rule for SIC came last year but what happened in 2008? Are you doing anything with aviation now?
