Yeah, the very specific mods and the accident marks seem like more credible evidence than the VIN itself. If that’s a fake, it seems like the kind of fake so well executed that the forger almost deserves getting away with it.

honestly, most HOAs are designed to keep property values high to keep the neighborhood’s population in the same income brackets. Around me, there are many types of HOAs, but most of them are to keep people out.
