the White House Correspondents’ Association has announced that Daily Show correspondent Michelle Wolf is hosting the dinner.

Gossip is this site’s bread and butter, so you might be in the wrong place with this comment. And if you’re gonna brag about your son, please note that it’s the Berklee *College* of Music. When I was there, me and my musician friends would have found the gossip fascinating.

Omg I just love her. I got to meet her once and it was the coolest, coolest thing and this was before she was even really known and I had no clue who she was but you could just feel the bad-assery emanating from her.

Good. She’s hilarious. She reminds me of Lewis Black in some of stunned pauses after she repeats some monumentally dumb thing being said/done.

She will be. I don’t think there’s any other way she knows how to be. Also, she will laugh at her own jokes, and I will both laugh at her jokes and laugh with her as she laughs at her own jokes.

What I’m saying is, I love Michelle Wolf.

Michelle Wolf is a damned treasure. Check out her HBO special, Nice Lady, or her “grown-up little orphan Annie” sketch from whatever Seth Meyer’s late night show is called. She is hilarious, she is brutal, and I may be in the minority here, but I find her shrill voice and particular brand of humor exceedingly…

Without getting into the merits of “Fleabag” as a show or her character in it, I will say the following two things:

You got that backwards.

Somehow, that simple graphic is creepy as fuck. Just looking at it makes my chest feel tight.

Haven’t read the article yet, but I want to commend the graphic designer on the header image. Awesome design and beautiful execution! GMG headers are often pretty swell, and this one stands out among them. Classic work, y’all!
