IMO. Baskets was a show that explored the mundane failures of our past that we fight against but ultimately envelope and guide our identity. The twin characters weren’t always my favorite(Dale season 3 & 4...) but when I considered the backstory of their father’s suicide and the pain that caused Christine to try to be

Ok but the real question is why is the Instagram link a redirect to an article about abortion at the cut? Sly renegade or sleep deprived?

I applaud your efforts and would have supported the trend if we were in the same orbit

Oh man now I want to know what those shoes looked like! I bet they were winners

It was 2 performances(2 Coachella weekends), so I’m guessing she wore one color on each weekend? Or, possibly, Beyoncé magic :)

I get that I may have come across insensitive to the very real pain and fear that this woman caused. I was simply adding information to a conversation and had only good intentions. I hope you can understand that I meant no ill will!

USA Today has a link to her website which features journal entries and scattered blurbs/secret link(s). I took a quick look but it felt too invasive to dissect her life. But I really hope she is found and gets help -it’s pretty dark and she mentions an inevitable end.

Well knowing either one of you in high school would have saved my ass from a lot of senseless bullshit :)

You sound like you were a pretty smart freshman. Kudos!

I set my alarm clock for the crack of dawn so I could dig into this show before my day. Been looking forward to it to an embarrassing extent, and I have not been disappointed. Killing it.

Kids take it personally when they express a deep desire to watch a 90 minute cartoon and are told for YEARS that they can’t unless Mom can find a vhs player at a random garage sale. Especially lately when they grow up with so many streaming options at their fingertips. I’m rejoicing with you Kelly!

BOOM.

THIS. I have travelled with my babies and I felt like I was managing a time bomb. Even if the baby isn’t crying, there is a palpable judgement and dread from some other passengers. A smile for me or the baby really helped me not to be a ball of nerves the whole time

“You get used to it?” Holy shit!

Your mom is a genius and I am gonna try that out!

Thank you!! I’ll do a cross analysis and see what I end up with :)

I don’t think I’ve ever tried chicken cacciatore before, but I googled it and am putting it on the list for next week, thank you! It looks delicious. I bookmarked the one from the New York Times, do you recommend a specific recipe?

You rock

More details please!
